I honestly can not recommend Millie enough!!! For years I have wanted to give Pilates a go but I have always had the idea that it would be boring and it wouldn’t motivate me enough. It is in fact, the exact opposite! Millie’s 1 on 1 classes are SO inspiring & motivating! Her knowledge about the sport and body is incredible! I have seen the biggest transformation in my entire body with my strength & flexibility as well as my mind! I have also continued my training with Millie during my pregnancy which has been amazing! She has still kept it challenging for me but adapted my training perfectly for my changing body. I am OBSESSED!!!

Wow! Millie is a little pocket rocket and with her authentic style of teaching Pilates, I absolutely love her classes! I have had many Pilates teachers in London over the years but no one comes up to Millie's standard. I'm so happy I've found her here in Marbella and I can't recommend her classes enough. After only having done weight training and yoga before, I wanted to try pilates to strengthen my core and to help assist my strength training. I can safely say that Millie has helped me with this.
